About

Located in elk country, Clear Lake State Park is a quiet, secluded retreat offering a sandy beach and a shallow swimming area that is ideal for children. The park encompasses 2/3 of the Clear Lake's shoreline. The fall season with the changing colors is an especially beautiful time to view the area. Clear Lake is open to ORV's for ingress and egress to and from campsites to the adjacent ORV Trail System.

Availability at Clear Lake State Park

CampFinder checks Michigan State Parks every 30 minutes, around the clock, and emails you when a booked-up night opens back up. That catches most cancellations, which sit open for hours; at the few campgrounds that refill in seconds it can miss the race. Set up a free availability alert for Clear Lake State Park.
