See a video of this property Named after a WWII famous flying ace, this 4,500-acre property offers camping and other traditional outdoor activities as well as unique recreational opportunities. Dog training, model airplanes, rocketry and ATV/dirtbike trails co-exist with rare species and habitats. The visitor center offers year-round nature programs and exhibits. There are two family campgrounds (Sunrise and Sunset), group sites and an accessible cabin for people with disabilities at the property. Several shelters and an amphitheater are also reservable.
