High Cliff State Park

About

Situated above and below the limestone cliffs of the Niagara Escarpment, this park is the only state-owned recreation area on Lake Winnebago, Wisconsin's largest inland lake. The park offers a marina, campgrounds, picnic areas, observation tower, and important geological and cultural features including effigy mounds, a quarry, and lime kiln ruins. Family and group campsites, picnic shelters, a large gathering space, and an accessible cabin for people with disabilities are all reservable.

Availability at High Cliff State Park

CampFinder checks Wisconsin State Parks every 30 minutes, around the clock, and emails you when a booked-up night opens back up. That catches most cancellations, which sit open for hours; at the few campgrounds that refill in seconds it can miss the race. Set up a free availability alert for High Cliff State Park.
